This policy explains what Coastal Restoration collects through this website, why, and what we do with it. It covers this site only.

What we collect

When you submit the request form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• The address of the affected property
• What happened (the service you selected)
• Your email address, if you choose to give it
• Any message you write

Alongside that we record the page you submitted from, the time, and your IP address. Those are used to route the request and to identify automated submissions.

When you call us, we may use call tracking to record which page or advertisement led to the call. If calls are recorded you will be told at the start of the call.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or policy documents through this website.

Why we collect it

To respond to your request, dispatch a crew, and communicate with you about the work. If you ask us to, we may also share details with your insurance carrier or adjuster so a claim can proceed.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Third-party services on this site

Google reCAPTCHA protects the form from automated submissions. It collects hardware and software information and behavioural signals to score whether you are a person, and sends them to Google for analysis. Use is subject to the GooglePrivacy PolicyandTerms of Service.

Google Places powers address suggestions on the form. It loads only after you interact with the address field, and what you type there is sent to Google to return suggestions.

Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on this site.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own. The Google services above may set cookies when they load. Where analytics or advertising tags are added, this section will be updated to say so before they go live.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping and insurance obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Security

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and delivered to a secured company mailbox. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page.
