Coastal Restoration - Water, Fire, Mold & Storm Damage Restoration

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 30, 2026

These terms apply to your use of this website and to service requests submitted through it. They do not replace the written work authorisation and scope of work you sign before any work begins — that document governs the work itself, and it takes precedence over anything on this site.

What this website is

Information about Coastal Restoration and a way to request service. Submitting the form or calling us does not create a contract, and does not obligate either of us to anything until a written authorisation is signed.

Information on this site is general

The guidance here — drying timelines, damage progression, insurance coverage, what can and cannot be salvaged — is general. Every loss is different. Nothing on this site is a diagnosis of your property, a quote, or a guarantee of outcome, and none of it is legal or insurance advice.

If you have an emergency, call. Do not rely on a web page.

Estimates and pricing

We do not quote restoration prices over the phone or through this site, because a price given without seeing the loss is a guess. Written estimates follow an on-site inspection. Scope can change once concealed damage is uncovered — behind drywall, under flooring, inside a wall cavity — and changes are documented and discussed before the work proceeds.

Insurance

We work with most carriers and can bill many of them directly, and we document losses to the standard adjusters expect. We are not your insurer, we are not a public adjuster, and we cannot promise that a claim will be approved or that any amount will be paid.Coverage is determined by your policy and your carrier. You remain responsible for amounts your carrier does not cover, including your deductible.

Response times

We answer the phone 24 hours a day and dispatch as fast as conditions allow. Response times are targets, not guarantees. Weather, road conditions, utility hazards and simultaneous large-loss events all affect arrival, and during a regional storm event demand can exceed any contractor's capacity.

Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate information about the property and what happened
  • Tell us about known hazards — asbestos, lead paint, structural damage, electrical issues
  • Make sure you have authority to approve work on the property
  • Keep people and pets out of active work areas

Using this website

Do not submit false information, attempt to disrupt the site, or use automated systems to harvest content. Text, images and design on this site belong to Coastal Restoration or are licensed to us; do not reproduce them without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Coastal Restoration is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Liability for the restoration work itself is governed by your signed work authorisation and by applicable law — nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do.
